I hope you all have had a relaxing and enjoyable National Week holiday.

I think the homework is Lesson 3 - Brain Drain, p. 36 to 50.
Read it over.
Discover some new words.
Give some thought to this highly-debatable topic.
Some questions to think about: How many students should the government allow to study overseas? Should the government limit their stay? Should they be required to come back to do to work for a certain length of time as a kind of repayment or recompense to the government for initially educating them and letting them go overseas? What problems do you think an overseas student would have? Should someone who goes as a student be allowed to change his/her (hiers) status to a working visa status (get a job in the foreign country)?
